It's never been easy!! C2

“Stella!” James shouted for the breakfast. “Five more minutes, James” Stella replied from her bed.

While having the breakfast, “Is this where you went yesterday?” Stella said by watching the TV. James came from the kitchen to have look at the TV and the headline reads, “A person was found behead in the subway.”

“Any clues?” Stella asked by chewing the piece of bread omelet in her mouth. “Apart from the missing head, no!” James answered. “Are you handling the case?” Stella asked. “No!” James said. “Anyways take me there with you” Stella begged him. “I can’t help you that” James answered right away.

Kevin blew the horn loudly so James could hear him. James and Kevin were the detectives and they work for Blue Lake Police Department.

“Enjoy the rest of your breakfast, Stella” James said and wore his coat and his shoes. By the time he went to the door, “James!” Stella called him. “Absolutely no!” James cut her down. She doesn’t cared about his answer and she smiled strangely at him.

“You called Kev, didn’t you?” James asked. She ran in the gap between him and the door and she jumped into the car with Kevin’s help. “Hello, Detective!” Kevin welcomed his boss James with a wide smile in his face. “You’re going to regret this, Kev!” James warned him for taking Stella with them. Kevin smiled at his boss. Stella said, “Let’s go, Uncle Kev”

Three of them went to the scene. A police man came to James and reported that the corpse was moved to autopsy and added that doctor Amy was performing the autopsy. Hearing the name Amy made Kevin to smile. “Let’s find something, before the forensic arrives” James said to Kevin and Stella heard to. James entered into subway and followed by Stella and Kevin.

Stella found something suspicious at a distance of few meters. It was a knife covered with blood. Stella called James and Kevin. James wore gloves and took the knife in his hand to get a good view of knife. “Probably the murdered weapon” Stella said by seeing the blood. “Should we report it to the forensic” Kevin said. “Speaking of devil” before James finishes his words, Frank intruded in their conversation. Frank was officer from the forensic and who was also not so close friend of James. James handed the knife to Frank and three of them leaved the place.

After dropping off Stella, two of them went see the doctor Amy. Before entering into the autopsy room, Kevin corrected his clothes. “When are you going to tell her?” James asked by slapping gently in the back his head. James entered the room first. “Hello, Amy!” James greeted her. Amy hugged him by saying, “James”

“Hi, Amy” Kevin greeted her. “Hi, Kev!” Amy replied.

“Anything yet?” James asked. “This is not your case right!” Amy replied. “Just out of curiosity!” James said. Amy smiled at him.

“Do you see this cut?” Amy asked. “Just one clean cut, right?” James asked. “Yes!” Amy said. “Art of professional” Kevin added. “Probably” Amy said. “Apart from that, the victim was brutally stabbed several times before the one single cut” Amy added. “How are you saying that?” Kevin asked. “We can differentiate the wounds” Amy replied.

“I think it’s not gonna end here, it’s going to continue” said Amy. “How are so sure?” asked Kevin. “With two thing, one – the victim was stabbed several times which follows a pattern of “3”” Amy showed the stabbed wound in the back of the victim. “Which means two more victims” James said. “Oh my god!” said Kevin. James stood quietly and listened to what Amy says. She continued, “two – I found a piece of cloth from inside the victim’s body” Amy handed the cloth piece to James. The cloth was covered in blood. “Probably the victim’s own blood” answered Kevin. “It was covered in blood – yes, victim’s own blood – no” Amy’s answered confused them. “The cloth was found inside a plastic pouch which was found inside the open neck and the blood in it was not matched with this victim” said Amy.

“Then who’s it?” asked James. “I’m sure it’s belongs to a person” said Amy. “It’s gonna be a nightmare” said James. “I’m sure yes” said Amy. “Stay updated” James said by winking at her. “See you Amy” Kevin said by leaving the room with James. The senior detective entered the autopsy room right after James and Kevin went out.

James and Kevin went to the nearest coffee shop because they desperately in need of it. Kevin went to the table and James stood by the counter to order the coffee.

The girl standing before him suddenly turned back with a cup of coffee without realizing that someone was standing behind her. And the coffee fell down from her grip. Fortunately James saved the coffee just before it hits the ground.

“Sorry! I’m really sorry” said the girl. “It’s ok” James said in response. After having a good view of him, she stopped saying sorry and said “James?”

The coffee fell from his hands by seeing her and this time there was no one to save the coffee from hitting the ground. It looks like the coffee was destined to fell down.

Let's Find Her

After doing a power packed performance, Will Page was on his way to his psychologist. He was a lead singer and a guitarist on his band. Band was called CRAZY MIKE and it was named after the memories of his grandfather Mike page. Will owes millions of hearts for his performance. April was his psychologist and she was best friend to. He used to visit April twice in a week for his mental health. After finishing that session he went to home.           It was a middle of night he waked from his sleep because of his terrible memory. He never shared that with anyone before including April. He never had complete sleep, since after her loss. He did his best to forget about her but nothing helped him, hence he went to alcohol. Next day morning, he went to April and he shared that “She was Eva and we were high school sweethearts. I knew her since she was 6. We were used to play together. We got married and she was pregnant to. Everything went beautiful and nice until that day.” He couldn’t

NOW OR NEVER

Nick was on his way to Santa Maria. On his way, he decided to a break in San Pietro. He stopped in the nearest café. Where he unexpectedly saw Joe, she was his old friend. She used to work there. It was a surprise for him, because it has been 5 years since they last met. They had a little talk about them. In the middle of their talk Joe asked, “Have you ever met her after?” and he smiled. She brought him his favorite drink and she went the kitchen and start working on the dish, which he asked for. He made himself comfortable before having his drink. There was a little girl singing with her cute little guitar. It made him to feel like the old times. (“Drinks bring back all the memories, memories bring back, memories bring you” song continues to play in the background.) While, He having his drink, a girl rushed into café with her guitar. The manager already did the arrangements for her. She took her guitar from her bag and went to her chair and started playing it. Everyone on that

Aye! Aye! Captain!

(Anannya writing her diary) 4 March 2014 It was 4.30 in the morning, I checked my ticket for the last time before locking my apartment door. I couldn’t find any ride to railway station. I took my ticket from my bag and checked the departure time. It showed 5.10. I convinced myself to ask for lift. In that foggy road, I heard a bike roaring. From the roar, I founded that it was a HIMALAYAN from Royal Enfield, which was coming towards me. Without a second thought, I hand signaled. The bike stopped right next to me. “Off to?” the man inside the helmet asked. “Railway station” I murmured. He nodded. The bike was fully packed and it looked like he was going for long road trip. I hardly managed to sit because of those bags. He dropped me in the station and then he went. I was already behind the clock, so I ran in. There was no train on the platform. I thought it doesn’t arrived yet, but the speaker announced that the train Kolkata has been departed early. But I had a plan B, Tr
