After knowing the case history of Jason Smith, Kevin looked at James. In the middle of their private investigation James and Kevin got a message from Frank, their senior detective. The message that made them to stop their investigation was, “Basketball Court ASAP.” The message they received was a very common but the time they received was very uncommon. It was 1 am when they entered the basketball court and the first thing James and Kevin noticed that there was a head hanging in the Basketball net. James kneeled to touch the blood dropping from the head. He rubbed the blood against his finger and he felt the warmness of it. “James, you have to see this!” one of his colleague called and he showed a body found in the neighborhood which looks similar to the previous case. A body without a head. The body was naked and crucially damaged. When the forensic took over the site, they came out. The head and body was recovered and sent to Amy for study.   A fter many years, he was thunderstruck. Not that he doesn't want to talk, he just couldn’t find the right words though he had many things to say. Although a huge battle between his memories and his words, he forced a smile on his and said, “Julie”. “It’s been years, right?” said Julie. “7 years, 6 months and 14 days” James whispered. “Did you said anything, James” Julie asked. “Just!” James said.             With a forced smile, James greeted her to join with them.             “Kev! This is Julie, my.” again James dumbstruck. This time Julie helped him to finish his words by saying, “Friend, an old one!” “This is Kevin, my partner” James introduced both of them to each other. Kevin understood the unspoken words of James. After sharing some “Hellos” with Julie he left them two alone by acting like he had a phone call. Now the two of them were left alone with their memories.             “Mam your orders” waitress asked Julie. “A Cappuccino with chocolate chip on it” said Jam

James came from the kitchen to have look at the TV and the headline reads, “A person was found behead in the subway.” “Any clues?” Stella asked by chewing the piece of bread omelet in her mouth. “Apart from the missing head, no!” James answered. “Are you handling the case?” Stella asked. “No!” James said. “Anyways take me there with you” Stella begged him. “I can’t help you that” James answered right away.                  Kevin blew the horn loudly so James could hear him. James and Kevin were the detectives and they work for Blue Lake Police Department. “Enjoy the rest of your breakfast, Stella” James said and wore his coat and his shoes. By the time he went to the door, “James!” Stella called him. “Absolutely no!” James cut her down. She doesn’t

When the cold morning breeze hit him, James turned on his music player. “It’s raining, it’s pouring It’s 4 in the morning and I don't wanna cry but I need you here cus I'm a mess......” The song exactly matched his mood for the morning walk. After his jog, he returned home and Stella was still under her woolen blanket. After a quick refresh, he started preparing breakfast. The smell of the breakfast did what he couldn’t, it woke up Stella. After the breakfast James dropped Stella at college and leaved to work. As time goes Stella started feeling alone because no one showed interest in her especially that day. She thought that her friends would knew, that it was her birthday. But no one really cared about that and James will be no exception. Hence she decided to celebrate her birthday on her own. She went to cafeteria and brought her favorite vanilla creamed mint cup cake with a small candle. She lit up the candle then blew it off before enjoying her cake.
